Master craftsman, Mike Stephens,
has a love for wood which has developed over 15 years and continues
to flourish much like the heart, roots, and bark of a growing tree.
Each tree holds a hidden beauty which is artistically revealed in every
piece Mike turns on his wood lathe.
Inspired by his grandfather who was a wooden boat builder, owner, and
founder of Mill River Boat Yard and Marina, Mike chose to use the name
for his wood turning business
~ Mill River Woodturner.
